iCare Mission Statement

We are a volunteer 501(c) 3 organization, governed by a board of directors made up of concerned community members.  Our mission is to provide free/affordable & accessible mental health and substance abuse support services.  We work closely with other like-minded nonprofits and the community at large to obtain the required funding for such programs while creating awareness and destigmatizing mental health and substance abuse issues in the process.
